Das bereits bekannte Musiklabel „Rough Stuff Records“ wurde 2013 in Leipzig gegründet. Der Gründer Patrick Franz ist bereits von anderen Projekten bekannt (Cor Sanders, Rough Stuff, DJ Drukktechnik) und konnte somit sein know-how und seine Kontakte mit in das Label einbringen. Folgende Genres werden von Rough Stuff Records bedient: Electro, Electro House, Bigroom House & Trap.
Ein guter A&R Prozess und effektive Promotion liegen in der Natur des Labels und so schafft es Rough Stuff Records auch, New Comer zu unterstützen und die Releases voran zu treiben.
Im Jahre 2014 hat das Label bereits 45 Releases und 39 Artists unter Vertrag.
